The Neighborhood Areas

East Central Seattle is made up of six of our neighborhood areas that are located east of Interstate 5 and the Downtown Seattle area. The areas online now are Capitol Hill, Madrona Park, Montlake, and Madison Park. Two additional neighborhoods are part of east central Seattle but we have not mapped them yet, they are First Hill and the Central Area.

Maps for you to print

We make our own maps for this site and soon found that a large metropolitan city like Seattle was a mapping nightmare for 8½ by 11 format so that our users could print the maps. Breaking the city up into areas is the answer to mapping and Seattle is a natural. For now we have the downtown and a few neighborhoods in detailed maps and Area Pages. There will be more will come online over the next few months.
