Rainier Park

The Rainier Park area is mainly a residential neighborhood sandwiched between Interstate-5 and Lake Washington in Southeast Seattle.

Rainier Beach grew wildly during the World War II era.  In the decades that followed the area had a steady decline.

In the 1990’s the area came back to life with remodeled apartments and new owners in homes.

Today this culturally diverse area of Seattle is alive and well with low residential home turnover, which says that those who live her like living here.
