Magnuson Park / Sand Point Area in Seattle

Our Magnuson Park / Sand Point neighborhood is located in North Seattle on Lake Washington. It is east of Interstate-5 Exit 171 and east of our Ravenna neighborhood.

The Magnuson Park area includes the View Ridge and Wedgwood neighborhoods of Seattle. This prominently residential area is also home to two of Seattle’s most popular parks, Magnuson park on Sand Point and Matthews Beach Park just a little farther north.

It should be noted that 35^th Avenue NE is the boundary between our Ravenna and Magnuson Park neighborhoods. For convenience sake all of the establishments on 35^th Avenue North East are in our Magnuson Park area. Below are the restaurants we recommend in the Magnuson Park / Sand Point area:
