Laurelhurst is located in Northeast Seattle, along the Lake Washington shoreline. The Laurelhurst neighborhood easily flows into the University District to the west, and the Magnuson Park area north of Northeast 50^th Street.

The Laurelhurst community was first developed in the 1920’s. Today the area is still primarily a residential area, with limited shopping and restaurants. There are beautiful parks offering recreational opportunities and beautiful views of the Cascade mountain range, the Olympic Mountain range and Lake Washington. This area is best known however for its prominent homes with outstanding views and million dollar price tags.
