Central Seattle Neighborhoods
Don’t confuse our Central Seattle Region with Seattle’s Central
Area. The Central Area is only one of
the fifteen neighborhoods in our Central Seattle Region. We have split Seattle up into North
Seattle, Central Seattle, and South Seattle.
Central Seattle is the area from the Ship Canal north of downtown Seattle to where Interstate 90 reaches the Puget Sound in the Southern Elliot Bay area. It stretches from Elliot Bay and Puget Sound in the west to Lake Washington in the east. |

Downtown SeattleThe Seattle downtown area is the southwest portion of our Central Seattle Region. Downtown is really four neighborhoods, The Downtown Area, Bell Town Area, Seattle Center Area, and the Eastlake Area. |

The Eastern portion of the Central Area The Eastern portion of the Central Seattle area lies east of Interstate 5 and contains six neighborhood area; Montlake, Madison Park, Capital Hill, and Madrona Park all of which we have online and two areas which we do not have online yet; First Hill and the Central Area. |
