It runs along the Shore of Lake Washington from Union Street on the north to Interstate-90 on the south. This area is mainly residential with limited commercial area. There are three distinct areas where services exist, Leschi Beach on Lake Washington, on Union Street at the north end of Seattle’s Central Area Neighborhood, and on 23^rd Street on the western edge of this area.
