The City of Woodland – has a
population of almost 40,000 and an elevation of 65 feel above sea level. The town was formed during the California
gold rush as Yolo City in 1861. There
is a strong agriculture base in the area as well as industrial plants. The Woodland Chamber of Commerce is located

The Hays Antique Truck Museum is
located in Woodland. It is in the
Heidrick Agricultural History Center at 1962 Hays Lane. Admission is $6.00 and it is open 10A to 5P
