Turn East (left) on Lombard

Turn South (right) on Ness Avenue

Mile Post 338 – Interstate 280 (Turn left on Geary Street if Southbound)

Two blocks past Market Street you will circle to the right up onto the Central Skyway to continue south on 101

Mile Post 335 – San Francisco County (City) / San Mateo County Line

Exit 332 – South San Francisco

Exit 330 – I-380 west to I-280

Exit 328 – San Bruno

Exit 327 – San Bruno / Millbrea
