The Eureka Inn
is an institution in the area. These
halls have been frequented by such noteable figures as Zane Grey, Robert
Kennedy, Herbert Hoover, and Sir Winston Churchill. The Eureka Inn was built in 1922 and this Tudor style building is
a National Historic Place. The lobby is
uniquely North Coast with its redwood beams and huge fireplace. If you appreciate historic buildings with a
past, a stay here should fit the bill.

and go 2 blocks to 7th Street.
