US Highway-101 North Coast Central Coast South Coast Interstate-5	Mile 0	Mile 211 on US-101 is downtown Reedsport, OR. Highway 101 crosses over the Umpqua River here at the north end of Reedsport. 0.3 mi. south of the bridge over the Umpqua River, Umpqua Avenue intersects with US-101. This is the east end of OR-38.

I-5 Roseburg Area I-5 Grants Pass I-5 Medford Area	Mile 11.1	Umpqua State Scenic Corridor State Park – boat launch & a couple of picnic tables. Located on the Umpqua River Visit their web site. http://www.oregonstateparks.org/park_247.php
	Mile 18.2	The small village of Scottsburg. This is one of the oldest settlements in the region. Sailing ships could navigate the river to this point and unload freight and passengers headed inland. There was a mercantile business located here owned by Levi Scott.
	Mile 36.3	Elkton, OR – Population around 200. This small historic town on the Umpqua River valley in Oregon’s coastal mountain range. Elkton is 36 miles from the Pacific Beaches and 60 miles from Eugene. 	Mile 50	Drain, OR – This historic timber community was founded in 1888 and its first Mayor was John Drain. Current population around 1000. Visit their web site http://www.354.com/drain/ Junction with OR-99W Junction with OR-289 & OR-99W travels south 7.4 mi. to Interstate-5 Exit 150
