Wheeler, OR

Wheeler is on Oregon’s North Pacific Coast between Tillamook and Cannon Beach.  Wheeler is in Tillamook County.  Tillamook County runs from a point between Cannon Beach and Manzanita down the coast to a point just north of Lincoln City.

In the map to the left Wheeler is the second community south of Cannon Beach.  Wheeler has a population of just over 200.  It is located on US Highway-101

Wheeler has a quaint main street on US-101 with both shops and restaurants.  The Wheeler river runs right through the town, along the back of the downtown shops, giving it a river community atmosphere.

Nearby Communities

Wheeler is about 25 miles north of Tillamook and 16 miles south of Cannon Beach.  Manzanita is only a little over 2 miles west of Wheeler.  Rockaway Beach is 10 miles to the south and Garibaldi is 15 miles to the south.

The region between Cannon Beach and Tillamook is a quieter part of the Oregon Coast and the small communities here are very welcoming and relaxing.
