Manzanita is a small community with a population of around 750 on Oregon’s north coast. Manzanita is unique among most coastal cities in that US-101 does not run through town. Downtown Manzanita is about a quarter of a mile west of US-101 and the beach is about another quarter mile west.

Manzanita has a population of almost 600 people. It is half way (25 miles) between Seaside and Tillamook. Manzanita is known for it Independence Day Parade with a fireworks display on the beach that evening.

Manzanita’s downtown is peaceful with its lack of a highway running through it. You will find restaurants, vacation rentals, motels, shops, grocers, and a nine hole golf course in Manzanita.
