Portland Metro

Our Portland Metro sub-region is the area which includes the Greater Portland area from Mt. Hood west to the coastal mountains and from the Columbia River to just north of Salem.

Central Western Oregon

Our Central Western Oregon sub-region is made up of the southern end of the Willamette River Valley.  This valley lies west of the Cascade Mountains and east of the Coastal Mountain Range.

Interstate-5 goes down the Willamette Valley and the cities of Salem, Albany, Corvallis, and Eugene are in this area. Salem is the State Capital.
