From the north US Highway-101 enters the Long Beach Peninsula from the east side of the peninsula to the west side on 40^th Street. If you turn north (right) on Pacific Highway (WA-103), at the west end of the road, you will be in Seaview. Seaview runs from 35^th Place to 51^st Place.

When you pass 51^st Place, you enter the City of Longbeach. Long Beach runs from 19^th Street in the south to 100^th Street in the north.

Downtown Long Beach begins at 10^th street. You will encounter a traffic signal at 10^th street and if you turn left on 10^th you will find yourself on a beach access road. The 10^th Street beach access is at the south end of the Boardwalk in Longbeach. The Boardwalk runs from 10^th street to the beach access on Bolstad Street (Numerically, Bolstad would be 1^st Street) It should be noted that the numbered streets in Longbeach go up both north and south from Bolstad. The numbered streets in the County start at the south end of the peninsula and get larger going north. The street US-101 enters the peninsula on, 40^th Street, is in the County numbering system.
