Park information
Potlatch State Park has a day
use area right on Highway 101 between the highway and the beach. The photo on the left above is of the sign
on Highway 101. The photo on the right
shows the day use area with Hood Canal, and in the distance the East Shore of
Hood Canal. Across the highway is the
campground. This campground does not
take reservations and spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. There are 19 tent spaces and 18 utility
spaces. The park has one dump station
and one restroom with two showers. 2001
prices are: campsite $13, w/utilities $19, and day use is free.

The campground
is located 12 miles north of Shelton, WA and 3 miles south of Hoodsport, WA on
US Highway 101.
