We Recommend Rest-A-While RV Park

The Rest-A-While RV Park also has a marina, a drive-in, a seafood market, a convenience store and a scuba shop. They have 30 full hook-up pull thru sites that face Hood Canal. Because Highway 101 is very close to the shore here these spaces are open to the highway at their back but the front of the space looks right on the canal.

There are also over 40 “parkside” (shown at right) full hook-up sites on the land side of the highway that offer a more “woodsy” feel. The park has its own private clam and oyster beach which is open on a scheduled basis for harvest. There is plenty of fresh and salt-water fishing, boating, a crabbing in the area.

They have restrooms, showers, a laundry facility, picnic tables, drinking water, a meeting room, propane, firewood for sale, a store, 75 full hookup sites with 30 amp services (25 pull through), four camping only sites and a store.

Take Interstate 5 Exit 104 – Highway 101, travel 36 miles north to Hoodsport, WA, drive 2 miles north of Hoodsport. They will be on the left at mile post 329.
