State Street heads South from the second light West of the interchange from Northbound and the first light to the West on the Southbound off ramp. Turn right at Holly Street go two blocks and you are at Bellingham City Center. Stay on State Street and keep going South and you will end up in the Historic Fairhaven area. Continue further on the same street, now 11^th and you will end up on Chuckanut Drive a beautiful but slow drive South toward Mount Vernon with great views of the San Juans from this coastal drive.
