The Bow, Edison, & Alger, WA area is located in northwestern Skagit County, Washington State. Skagit County is shown in red on the Washington State map shown to the left.

All three of these communities are small communities with an agricultural base. Bow and Edison are located on the south end of the world famous Chuckanut Drive which runs along the side of the Chuckanut Mountains as the meet Samish and Bellingham Bays. The views from this drive out over the San Juan Islands are breath taking.
