1)
These conditions cover ads in the “Recommended by” section
of our web pages. Advertising at
this level requires application and approval.
2)
We limit the number of recommended ads per category.
3)
We will visit the establishments at this level of
advertising to make sure we feel confident we can recommend them to
others. We realize this is a
judgment call on our part, but we reserve the right to remove our
recommendation from any advertiser that does not meet our criteria.
4)
All advertisers who purchase the “Recommended by”
level also receive a listing in the green section of their category under
listed establishments with a link to their ad in the “Recommended by”
section.
5) Upon signing a contract we agree to maintain a
listing in the format shown on our sample page. We maintain control of the
recommendation on the page.
6) The customer agrees to place a link on their web
site to www.northwestplaces.com.
7) Use of the “Recommended by” logo of
Northwestplaces.com LLC is allowed under this contract as long as the
agreed upon fees are paid in advance and you meet our “recommended by”
qualifications.
a)
If the
payment for the advertising is 30 days or more past due the Customer agrees
to remove any and all Northwestplaces.com logos from its establishment,
advertising, and any other medium associated with the Customer’s business
b)
If you fail to
continue to meet our “recommended by” qualifications we will notify you in
writing with the option of cancelling your ad or moving your ad to an
enhanced or regular listing with a refund of the price difference for the
remainder of the period.
c)
The penalty
for the use of the logo without our approval shall be $100.00 a month. We maintain the rights of logo use and
may notify the Customer to discontinue use of the logo within 30 days of
written notice.
d)
We will
refund all fees paid in advance for months after the date of cancellation.
8) You can also place listings on the pages for other
cities within 50 miles of your location.
These additional listings are half price after your main listing.
9) Should the “Recommended By” listings be full in
other cities you will be put on the waiting list but local establishments
are placed first.
